The task:

Preservation and re-use of granaries and silos on Hullkajen in central Malmö. From a pre-defined program and a value assessment of the existing buildings, a preposal for a future use with excisting and added buildings are presented.

The site:

Nyhamnen in Malmö. The area, Hullkajen, consists of two industrial blocks. The focus of the project is narrowed down to Kv Algen.

The functions:

The pre-defined functions in the program have been modified to better fit the conditions of the site. The program consists of a food court, housing, daycare, hotel, restaurant with a viewpoint, a roof park and a photo museum. The focus of this project was to get into detail on the photo museum.
